Sestak earns Spencer badge of courage

After taking a look through the Aug 9, 2006 Delco Times piece by Gil Spencer, I think cool that Joe Sestak has finally been Spencerized! It's kind of a badge of courage for a good progressive candidate to have Spencer take a few shots at you.

Glad to see that Spencer was none too kind to Sestak, digging up some Navy opponents to knock Joe. I'd hate to think that Gil Spencer supports the same candidate that I'm backing!

Also for a laugh or two, take a look at this post by Suburban Guerilla Susie Madrak as she Spencerizes Spencer!

Wow, it only took you 30 hours to recover from the depression you must have been in after Spencer decimated Sestak. A rather feeble response though given that Sestak's true colros are finally being made known to the public.

Looks like it took the previous commenter about 30 seconds to respond to my blog post! Wow...are the Weldon campaign staffers monitoring our fine blog 24/7?
Glad they are paying attention to us instead of conducting more push polls or swiftboat attacks.

Boy, somebody's crabby. Is Sestak on the warpath, throwing things in the office and berating volunteers like they were his sailors? Is that why the campaign's previous spokesperson and campign manger left? They just had enough of his pissing all over them?

I am not a part of the Sestak campaign, but I have met a number of people who are a part of it. And I have to tell you that they seem really energized and enthusiastic. And, I might add, I once sent in a message to the office about some criticisms of how a particular event was timed and handled. The message I got back was, "We're passing this along to Joe. He always loves to hear how things are going."

And the next event I went to, the change I had suggested had clearly been addressed.

So, who knows why somebody who was working on the campaign left. Changes in campaign personnel happen all the time. I mean, Dave Hackett used to be the Campaign Chairman for Weldon. Then it was Mike Puppio. I'm sure Hackett still is supporting Weldon. The fact that the team changed raises no questions in my mind about Weldon. (Although, by the looks of things, Hackett was generally a much classier guy than Puppio.)

It's the things that Weldon says that make me question his abilities. And it's votes in Congress that make me oppose him for re-election.

Once again, the perveyors of this blog have tried to shut down jetjock409. The comment sections where I leave comments are being deleted. I love that tactic. Well, as you all know, Sestak is not a friend of the military officers that once served under his command. His actions as an Admiral led to his firing. I personally had the responsibility of briefing the fallen Admiral and was one of the ones that can attest to his antics. He was very public with his weird ways. For someone trying to keep his slate clean for congressional campaign, he left a lot of fodder to be used. Truthfully, I have no personal interest in your district. I do not even live in Pennsylvania. What I can tell you is that Joe Sestak really is not a good candidate for this position. It would not matter what party he is runnign for, this man is a cancer to his own leadership.

Hello again to our old friend jetjock409! Or should we call you SWIFTjetjockBOAT409? Often people who start their sentences with "Truthfully" or "Honestly" are not.

You've been told that we'll leave your posts here, but will not let you flood our blog with the same post over and over again. And you keep repeating yourself. Do you have any original thoughts?

Maybe you would like to comment on the incumbent Curt Weldon? Maybe you'd like to talk about his planned trip to Iraq to look for WMDs? Or his Able Danger conspiracy? Or maybe you would like to tell us how it's okay for him to get jobs and contracts for his friends and family? Maybe you have some honest or truthful comments on these topics?

Everyone knows by now that Councilman Puppio is the anonymous poster and cwilson4prez. Maybe its Gil Spencer? I guess it does not really matter. I just enjoy reading the desperation in their words.

The Spencer article was classic republican dirty tricks--all these anonymous folks and the anonymous jetjockitch. Jetjockitch and the anonymous commenters to Joe aren't even as good as the Swiftboaters--at least they had the guts to identify themselves.

Keep up the good work boys.

I don't know if it makes sense to call a negative article about Sestak a "badge of courage". What courageous thing did Sestak do to merit such an article? If you believe the article nothing good. I know what you were getting at here, many see it as a badge of HONOR to get something bad written about them when they think they are doing the right thing, however calling it a badge of courage is just a ridiculous stretch. Stephen Crane does not live in the Seventh District!
Sincerely,
Anonymous not because I'm Michael Puppio or a Weldon employee but because I don't have a Blogger ID

In using the phrase "badge of courage" I simply meant that it's kind of a right of passage to get "Spencerized" if you are in politics in this area.

You don't have to have blogger ID to write your name.

You don't win the Badge of Intelligence for your excuse.

Seventh Watch- Yeah, I know what you mean. That's why I suggested something more along the lines of badge of honor to be belittled by him than courage.

David Diano- That insult was uncalled for, jerk.

Uncalled for? Yet, still "Anonymous". I guess you aren't winning a Badge of Courage either.

Maybe I should make up a "Badge of Cowardice" for you (with a big yellow stripe) and just send it over to Weldon headquarters addressed to "Anonymous Blogger".

The Spencer (part 1) article was filled with "anonymous" sources trashing Joe. The part 2 article had people that worked with Joe praising him on the record. Just one more example of the credibility gap among Sestak's detractors.
